Insurance issuance and endorsement project

The project ran on AGILE methodology with everyone involved: the insurance brokers, Mapfre's Operations and IT leadership and members of the GDW team. First all the processes defined by Mapfre were mapped; then the processes for interacting with the brokers were designed together and streamlined. Every process was then implemented on the GDW platform, securing the information along with authorization, validation, conditions, roles and timings. All the information was made available online and in real time, as were the indicators
