JIMERY is the Data Controller for the processing of databases and may be contacted at Avenida Mariscal Francisco Solano López 1482 Oficina 1505, Montevideo, Uruguay, and at the email addresses contabilidad@godoworks.com.co – info@godoworks.com.co, to consult or request any information the Data Subject may require.

Processing of personal data

Our website may collect personal data that must be relevant and adequate for the purpose required, such as: name, identification number, and contact details such as email address, home address and mobile or landline telephone number. Where sensitive personal data are processed, the Controller must inform the Data Subject that they are not obliged to authorize such processing; likewise, the Data Subject will be informed explicitly and in advance which of the data required are sensitive in nature and the purpose of their processing, with the express consent of the Data Subject.

The website https://www.godoworks.com is the authorized virtual channel for collecting personal data; other means of collection may nonetheless be used, and those mechanisms may be predetermined through technical or technological means and/or virtual platforms that make it easier for the Data Subject to give authorized consent.

The Data Subject shall give authorization in the following ways:

  1. In writing, by physical and/or electronic document
  2. Through unequivocal conduct by the data subject from which it may be concluded that authorization was granted. With the caveat that silence may not be understood as unequivocal conduct.

The Data Processor shall retain proof that authorization was granted, whether in physical or digital form.

Use of personal data

JIMERY uses the information for the purpose of:

  • Carrying out strategic, financial, social, employment and technical analysis.
  • Building commercial and marketing programs and plans.
  • Strengthening client relationships by providing relevant information, taking orders, handling complaints and claims, and evaluating management performance.
  • Entering into, executing and managing business proposals
  • Structuring training and development projects.
  • Assessing and rating operational risk.
  • Controlling and preventing fraud, money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
  • Carrying out operations inherent to obligations toward clients and suppliers.
  • Managing payroll administration, including the payment of payroll-related contributions.
  • Supplying, sharing, sending or delivering your personal data to affiliated, related or subsidiary companies of JIMERY located in Colombia or any other country, in order to fulfill the obligations established through contractual relationships or to carry out any of the activities set out here.

Legal grounds for processing

We rely on Ley 1266 de 2008 and Ley 1581 de 2012 to collect, use and store your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time from your settings.

Personal data are collected and processed only to the extent the Data Subject permits in accordance with legal regulations, which includes consent and/or the contractual relationship. Consent is required for the processing of personal data and may be withdrawn or revoked during the term of the contract or at any time if the data subject expressly so requests.

The Data Subject is informed that the rights set out here are guaranteed through compliance with the collection procedures defined by JIMERY. The data subject therefore has:

  2. The Right of Update and Rectification.
  3. The Right to Revoke Authorization and to Deletion.
  4. The Right to Request Proof of Authorization.
  5. The Right to Be Informed Regarding the Use of Personal Data.
  6. The Right to File Complaints.
